LR Finance has been arranging mortgages for Regan & Hallworth clients for the last 15 years. When Regan & Hallworth opened their estate agents in 1996 they where looking for a company able to offer their clients buying and selling properties through Regan & Hallworth Independent Mortgage advice from the whole of the market place so Linda Regan Finance was established. Initially the company was called Regan & Hallworth Financial services but the company changed its name to Linda Regan Finance to clarify its Independence from Regan & Hallworth.

LR Finance have rented their offices from Regan & Hallworth for the last 15 years and in 2012 whilst celebrating 15 years in business they have decided to move and buy new premises.

LR Finance will continue to service their existing clients who found our services via Regan & Hallworth and the move will make our services more accessible to all the people of Wigan whoever they are buying or selling through.

Regan & Hallworth wanted mortgage advice for their clients but as LR Finance are Independent Financial Advisers they have been able over the last 15 years to offer Regan & Hallworth clients much more than just advice on their mortgage they have been able to arrange protection plans for their homes and their families, help them to plan for their retirement, save for their future and help them to maximise their pension pot when they come to retire.
